Say hello to Maracaibo, Venezuela native Roberto (Ponqui) Auvert a Petroleum Engineer by training and a 20 year veteran of the Petroleum powerhouse country. 

When the oil industry in his country of Venezuela slowed down, and basically came to a standstill, “Ponqui” put his creative mind to learning a new skillset and to paraphrase a famous saying : “WHEN LIFE GAVE ROBERTO “PONQUI” AUVERT LEMONS.. HE TURNED THEM INTO GELATO & LIMONCELLO!!!”
